Cuckoo: Scrubbing Bubbles Troubles

I've read about this Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Bowl Kit deal over and over!  I didn't pay much attention to it because it's a product I'd never purchase.  But, since it was a "free after coupon" deal, I was intrigued by the Cuckoo for Coupon Deals post What is up with this Scrubbing Bubbles Deal at Walmart?  It looks like several couponers have had trouble with this one.  Did you try it?  How'd it go?  I really wish I'd save that Walmart ad from the Sunday paper!
