Wisk Deal at CVS, Good or Not?

MoJo Savings has a Wisk shopping scenario for CVS beginning Sunday.  You have to have six of the $2 coupons to score the deal and you end up paying almost $18 in cash before you earn a $10 gift card.  This would be a pretty good deal if you have $10 in ECBs to apply to your out of pocket total.  But, if you're paying cash I'm not sure it's that great.  What do you think?
