Have you noticed the buzz a good price on toilet paper gets around the couponing community? Toilet paper is the rock star of the coupon world! So, if you're a groupie (like me) you'll be happy to know that Staples will have Charmin on sale beginning Sunday (2/19)!
You should always think about the Toilet Paper Rule when shopping for the white, fluffy stuff. The rule says that a true stock-up price is when the Square Foot of TP is equal to or less than the Price after any available coupons. Right now there is a 25-cent off one package coupon from the 1/29 P&G insert that you can use making your after coupon price $6.75. Not bad for 16 rolls of the white, fluffy stuff, right? It's not a true stock-up price because the square foot for these packages is 501-584.5 square feet. But, $6.75 gets you to within a buck of your goal price and I'd say it's a good deal if you need toilet paper next week.
You can get a little more savings if you have the "$1 off two Charmin" coupon from the Always liners box! But, of course, you have to purchase two packages! You'll pay $13 plus tax for 32-rolls of tp.
