According to Cuckoo for Coupon Deals, several Walmarts in Utah County, Utah (Provo, UT) are going to double coupons on Tuesdays! I didn't call Utah Walmarts to verify this, but if it is true, I'd say this is a promising development toward seeing double coupons in all Walmarts!
