I took a quick peak through the online ad and page one isn't pulling up for me.  But, the other sale items appear to be mostly the same as last week!  A couple differences that caught me eye....Nestle Morsels are $1.97 this week....Luck's Beans or Black-Eye Peas are $0.65, grab a can for New Year's!....  Refer back to last week's matchup as you're making your shopping list for this week!

I do spot a few differences in this week's Food Giant ad!  But, I won't be able to do a complete matchup until later this afternoon!  Sorry, mommy duty calls today!  Please check back later (much later) today for the Food Giant Matchup.  To get you started, here are three things that caught my eye this morning....Jack's Pizza 4/$10, Jello 2/$1, and Armour Meatballs $2.68 (although these may be on sale at Save-A-Lot).  Oh, and the Kraft deal from last week is gone this week!

Santa's Workshop, Not for Faint of Heart!

Wooo, I am one tired mommy tonight!  I worked in the Southside Santa's Workshop (proudly sponsored by the PTA) today and I am beat!  Kudos to the moms who worked on Friday!  Those ladies were warriors, and deserve an award.  Not only were they short handed but they were super duper busy!  So a big ol' THANKYOU to the moms who ran themselves ragged on Friday! 

And a big ol' THANKYOU to all the kids who have shopped!  I heard it was a shopping wipe out last week and Ms. Cindy had to restock the workshop over the weekend to get ready for this week's shoppers!  I hope the kids enjoyed their shopping today as much as I did.  I just loved seeing what they picked out for their families...and for themselves!  I can't wait to see what my kids buy for themselves in a few years!

Don't forget, none of this would be possible without the PTA and the parents who volunteer to help out!  So a big ol' THANKYOU to all of you, too!  See you guys again tomorrow for another round of Santa's Workshop!  I joked today that I didn't know what Santa pays his elves, but I'm pretty sure it's not enough! 

There was a nice highlight, though!  We were serenaded through out the day by the video of Friday's Holiday Program.  And I may be biased, but I think their singing is the best Holiday Music I've heard all year!  Great job kids!

What? Coupon Savings in Most Sunday Papers?

Not sure if you can read it in the picture on the left, but the little red box says "coupon savings in most Sunday papers" and it's from the Walgreens ad that begins today!  Southern Savers said earlier in the week that there will be no coupon inserts today so I am just a bit confused by this ad!  But before you rush out for a paper this morning, Sunday Coupon Preview says there are no inserts today, too.  But, aren't you a little curious about that ad?  The Proctor & Gamble insert usually has coupons for those toothbrushes but that insert is scheduled to come out 'til next Sunday...

Anyhoo...Hope everyone had a nice weekend before Christmas!  Evansville was very busy yesterday!  Thank goodness we only have one week to go!

I just read on Southern Savers that you can use this coupon with a $1off 1 or a $1 off 2 coupon together.  I'm not so sure you'll be able to get that to work, so be prepared to have the $1 off coupons rejected.
