Coupons To Troops

If you've been wanting to send your expired coupons to military families stationed overseas, check out this post by CuckooForCouponDeals and then check out the Coupons To Troops Facebook Page Here.

You can email admin@couponstotroops.com and request the name and contact info for a military family in need of coupons.  Then you can contact the family directly and begin sending your expired coupons directly to that family.  You could even send coupons that aren't expired!  You could even join together with fellow couponers and save on the postage!  In fact, if you bring your expired coupons to the next Couponers Meet & Greet, I'll be sure they get sent to a military family overseas.

Thanks again, and happy couponing!

Oreo Fudge Cremes with Peanut Butter Creme!

There's no coupon for these...yet!  I'm hoping it's a new product and we'll see some kind of coupon soon!  I'm not an Oreo fan, but I will have to try these fudge covered peanut butter wonders!  You can participate in a poll here for which variety you prefert.

Buying 1 Paper or 2

I think I've posted about this before.  How many papers do you buy each week?  The general recommendation is one paper for each member of your family.  I practiced this rule until about two months ago when I cut back to one paper a week.  But, I quickly realized buying one paper leaves you short a coupon when things are on sale in pairs.  So, I was happy when I found out I could get a mail delivered subscription to the Owensboro Messenger Enquirer.  Now, I get the Louisville Courier Journal on Sunday mornings and then receive the Owensboro paper on Tuesdays.  Bottomline, I recommend buying at least two copies of your favorite Sunday paper each week.

7/31 Red Plum Insert Preview

I don't know why, but I Heart The Mart is reporting there will be 4 (?) inserts on 7/31.  I don't know where that info is coming from, but I hope he's right!  For now, it seems there is a Proctor & Gamble and a Red Plum.  Here's the preview list from Sunday Coupon Preview for the Red Plum.

Did You "Like" Aunt Jemima?

Did you already "Like" Aunt Jemima on Facebook?  It's being widely reported that you can get an additional coupon from the Aunt Jemima Facebook page.  I watched the video (again) and was not allowed to print another coupon.  It told me "you have already entered".  Hope you have better luck!

Thanks again, and happy couponing!

Printable: SunDrop Soda BOGO

I'm not entirely sure if I have seen Sun Drop soda in the drink coolers anywhere around here.  I know I've seen it in 2 litters, though, so maybe it's out there and I never noticed!  Any hoo, My Litter has a direct print link on her site, find it here.  I try to avoid copying and posting these direct print links when I don't know where they came from.  But, I printed this one out and it looks legit, so I feel pretty safe passing it along.  If you find Sun Drop anywhere in the county, please let the rest of us know where to get it!

Thanks again, and happy couponing!
